We apologize but due to rising Postal Costs we are forced to limit our service to North America

- United States - including Alaska

We are no longer shipping to destinations outside North America
Local Pickup in Fort McMurray
Customers will be contacted to arrange delivery/pickup of order, if you select "Local Pickup" as your shipping option during the online checkout process. Orders placed online by 12:00 midnight Monday to Friday will be available for delivery/pickup from our store the next day after 1:00pm.
- Available delivery/pickup times are 1:00pm to 5:00pm Tuesday through Saturday.
- Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be available the following Tuesday after 1:00pm.
Returns
We will gladly accept returns of unopened or defective products within 14 days of your order. You must obtain a return authorization number form us prior to sending any items back. Please contact us by email to obtain this number and further instructions. All items must be returned by Canada Post or U.S. Postal Service
- If the item you are returning is not defective a 20% restocking fee will be charged
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We do not accept returns on Clearance items - All sales are final from this department.
